Actors should prepare 16 - 32 bars of up-tempo classic music theatre song. Please bring sheet music; an accompanist will be provided. No taped music or a cappella allowed. A current headshot and resume are required.
Seeking experienced performers with strong acting, singing and dancing abilities are needed. All ethnicities encouraged to audition for all roles.
June: Early 20s, excellent dancer/singer
Louise: Early-late 20s. Good singer/dancer. Light soprano to big belt. Must be willing to strip.
Herbie: 40s and up. Rose's lover/manager. Non dancing role.
Tulsa: Early 20s male actor must sing and dance well
Mazeppa: 30-50yr old stripper. Has to play trumpet. Must be willing to be seen in very little clothing.
Electra: 30-50yr old stripper. Must be willing to be seen in very little clothing.
Tessie: 30-50yr old stripper. Potentially dancing on pointe. Must be willing to be seen in very little clothing.
Farmboys: Early-late 20s men. Must be able to sing and dance well
Various Ensemble Roles for men and women: All require singing, most require dance

Baby June: 7-11 years old, must sing and dance well
Young Louise: 7-11 years old
Newsboys: -8-12yr old boys or girls. Must be able to sing and dance well
