Music Theatre of Connecticut’s production will be done with eight actors, using the original script. Seeking very strong actor/singers who move extremely well. All roles are available:
Cliff Bradshaw:American, late 20s. Intelligent, reserved, vulnerable leading man-type. High baritone.
Ernst Ludwig:German, 30s. Charismatic. Baritone.
Emcee:Mid 20s - mid 30s. Slight. Intense, with a dark sense of humor. Tenor.
Fraulein Schneider:50s - early 60s. Strong, warm and maternal. Very vital.
Fraulein Kost:30s-40s. Prostitute. Happy. Soprano w/belt.
Herr Schultz:50s. Cheerful, warm. Business-smart. A little disheveled.
Sally Bowles:20s, British. Cabaret singer. Strong, and knows what she wants. Wears her heart on her sleeve.
Actor:Plays various characters, 20s/30s. Very attractive. Dances well. Beautiful tenor; sings "Tomorrow Belongs to Me".
