The Des Moines Community Playhouse has added two performances of "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" at 4:00 PM, Saturday, Mar. 8, and 4:00 PM, Saturday, Mar. 15. Oh, brother! Peter Hatcher's life would be sweet if it weren't for his annoying little brother, Fudge. Fudge scribbles on Peter's homework. He pretends he's a bird and ends up falling off the jungle gym and knocking out his front teeth. When Peter's turtle, Dribble, disappears, he knows Fudge is to blame. "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" is based on the much-loved book by Judy Blume.

The Playhouse is Iowa's oldest and largest producing theatre. Located at the 42nd Street exit of I-235, the theatre has presented a full season of shows since 1919 and also offers a wide variety of educational experiences including classes for ages 4 to adult, theatre trips to New York, and volunteer opportunities onstage and backstage.
