DM Playhouse Adds Performance of Anne of Green Gables

The Des Moines Community Playhouse has added a performance of "Anne of Green Gables" at 4:00 PM, Saturday, Oct. 15. Tickets for this and the originally scheduled performances, through Oct. 16, can be purchased at The Playhouse box office, by phone at 515-277-6261, and online at dmplayhouse.com. "Anne of Green Gables" is sponsored by ITAGroup.
When the elderly Cuthberts decide to adopt an orphan to help on The Farm, they expect a boy. Instead, they get a romantic, hot-headed, girl with an overactive imagination. Will Anne ever fit in?The Playhouse is Iowa's oldest and largest producing theatre.
