Spark Theater Presents Original Production COYOTE, 4/19 - 5/17
Spark Theater presents the world premiere of "Coyote," directed by Roger Winn, April 19 through May 17 at 985 Santa Fe Drive in Denver, CO 80204. Performances are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.* Tickets are $15-20 and are available online at www.sparktheater.org or by calling 720-346-7396.
The coyote is a unique figure in Native American mythology. Now Spark weaves these tales into a new drama about a man and his search for his family and his heritage. Set in the not-so-distant future, the one called Coyote has lived most of his life without family. Somewhere deep in his memory, he recalls the stories of his family and the connection that the stories brought. As he searches for his family, he begins to question whether the stories or his family were ever really there and the search for his childhood is merely a search for a phantom.
*No show on Friday, May 2.
