Love is in Yo Face is a gospel stage play written, directed and produced by Monie Jonezy. The production is told from the perspective of the Williams family; a God-fearing bunch.

Mama Gene, the matriarch of the family inherits a soul food restaurant from her parents who passed away. The family endures the struggles of keeping the restaurant open while others in the family go through a multitude of trials and tribulations.

The family faces the spiritual burden of deciding between what they want and what they believe God is asking of them. Love is in Yo Face chronicles the happenings of the Williams family as they work to maintain their faith in God.

With music by Damon Jones, choreography and design by Tisha Wacays, Love is in Yo Face is a beautiful example of strength and the core values of family.

Opening weekend at Cleo Parker Robinson dance studio in Denver, Love is in Yo Face will run throughout the weekend of June 28thand June 29th. Starring Pastor Chalise Rollerson, Tony Exum, Cicely O'Kain, Jovan Birotte and more.

Tickets are available here.
