Firehouse Staged Reading Series presents Lisa Newcar, written and directed by Peter Nemenoff, on March 8-9, 15, 22-23 @ 2 p.m.
Hugh has two relationships in his life-His girlfriend, Patricia, and his plutonic best friend, Penelope. After an uncomfortable breakup with Patricia, Hugh finds himself single & unhappy. But one summer evening over drinks, both Hugh and Penelope find the dynamics of their relationships to have changed and begin to discuss their own relationship and how they ended up as friends. Why do we pick the relationships that we do; a question that reveals hilarious and unexpected events.
Lisa Newcar marks the 3rd and final staged-reading for Firehouse Theater Company's 2013/2014 season.
