The Dance Pointe Inc

The Dance Pointe is a dance studio at 9353 E. 95th Court in south Tulsa, Oklahoma, owned by Pamela Farry-Haden and teaching children and teens. Classes cover ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, combo classes, leaps and turns, pointe and demi-pointe, plus specialty programs in tumbling, aerial silks, and musical theatre with vocal training. Ballet teaching draws on the Russian Vaganova, French, Cecchetti and Royal Academy of Dance schools, with emphasis on barre and center work, terminology and classical artistry. Provision starts with a Mommy and Me program from age one focused on creative movement, moves into preschool classes at age three, and continues through beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Every student performs in seasonal recitals, and regional competition teams compete with solos, duos, trios and small and large groups. Parent Watch Weeks and trial classes are offered, and the studio has a sister company, South Tulsa Children's Ballet and Theater.
