Broadway Knights presents BROADWAY ARTS: A Benefit Concert for the Anaheim Arts Council

Broadway Knights is pleased to present Broadway Arts: A Concert to Benefit the Anaheim Arts Council on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the beautiful M3 Live Event Center Theatre in Anaheim.

Broadway Arts stars some of Broadway's and television's biggest names live in concert, including time Tony Award Winners Roger Bart (Broadway: The Producers, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown and Young Frankenstein Television: Desperate Housewives), and Faith Prince (Broadway: Guys and Dolls, The Little Mermaid, Disaster! The Musical Television: Huff, Spin City, Monk), Tony Award nominee's Kerry Butler (Broadway: Xanadu, Hairspray, Little Shop of Horrors) and Sam Harris (Broadway: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Grease Television: Star Search Original Season 1 winner) and Joan Ryan (Broadway Worlds Female Cabaret Artist of the Year 2013, U.S. premiere of Ruthless: The Musical. Television: Saved By the Bell and The Young and the Restless.). The concert is directed by Andrew MacBean (Sunset Boulevard, London, Broadway and Los Angeles; Aspects of Love, London and Broadway) and musically directed by Keith Harrison.

Broadway Arts features these headline performers as well as local rising stars Ellie Wyman and Dillon Klena along with a live band and local ensemble featuring some of Orange County's most talented singers. They will be performing iconic songs from the stage and screen.

Tickets start at $25. Proceeds enrich the efforts of the Anaheim Arts Council, focusing on a new, long-term arts advocacy program with schools, the City of Anaheim and the business community; and new social media outreach to young artists.

With over 30 member organizations, the Anaheim Arts Council speaks for the Anaheim arts community to look after its interest within the City, with schools and commerce.
