The night will be a night filled with musical parodies, stand up, dancing, and improv based crowd games that will leave you laughing and in high spirits just in time for the Chanukah. Merriam Levkowitz (@merriamshow), America’s Favorite Drag Bubbie. Internationally Merriam is known for her sharp wit, musical parodies, and interactive crowd games. My performances combine live music, stand-up, and improv to create engaging, unforgettable experiences. Merriam has been a hit at venues like Laugh Factory, Boom Chicago (Amsterdam), and TimeOut Market, as well as festivals, synagogues, and special events. Last year Merriam toured her show Hakuna Ma-Hanukka around the US.

Merriam is played by West Hartford native Mac Cherney. Mac is a Chicago-based creator who is fueled by crafting and producing work that brings Jewish queer visibility & joy. Learn more here.
