Many of you may remember Eileen Wilson, one of the founders and guiding lights of Westport Community Theatre. We were deeply saddened to learn of her death on May 24.

We invite you to join us this coming Saturday, June 26, at 2:00 PM, Westport Community Theatre 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Ct 06880, for a celebration of her life and career. Eileen was a remarkable woman whose contributions to WCT were endless; it is no exaggeration to say that the theatre, in its existing space, would not be here today if not for her hard work, vision and creative insights.

We hope that you join her friends, family and members of the theatre community this coming Saturday at WCT in celebration of Eileen, of one of one of the best friends Westport Community Theatre has known!

Please read an excellent article and tribute to Eileen that was written by David Rosenberg in The Hour; it can be accessed at http://www.thehour.com/story/487982
