Warner presents The Met: Live in HD Handel's Rodelinda 12/3

The Warner The Met: Live in HD series continues on Saturday, December 3 at 12:30 pm with a live simulcast of Handel's Rodelinda.

Sensational in the 2004 Met premiere of Stephen Wadsworth's much-heralded production, Renée Fleming reprises the title role. She's joined by Stephanie Blythe and countertenor Andreas Scholl, and Baroque specialist Harry Bicket conducts.

The Warner Theatre will offer a complimentary pre-broadcast lecture to all ticket holders given by opera expert Nunzio DeFilippis from 10:30-11:15. Mr. DeFilippis has taught "Opera, a Passion for all Ages" at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, UConn Waterbury CT.

Tickets for this event are $20, $18 for seniors and students and $10 for children 13 & under. A season subscription for all 11 transmissions is available for $198.
