The Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry Stages LOLLIPOPS FOR BREAKFAST Today

As the last event of its Fall Puppet Performance Series, the Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry at the University of Connecticut will present LOLLIPOPS FOR BREAKFAST by Bonnie Duncan today, December 5, 2015. There will be two showings, at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., in the Ballard Institute Theater located at 1 Royce Circle in Storrs Center.

Following up on her highly popular performance at the Ballard Institute last spring, acclaimed puppeteer Bonnie Duncan presents her newest production, LOLLIPOPS FOR BREAKFAST, a marvelous confection of friendship, invention, and adventure. You can't have lollipops for breakfast! But today, Sylvie decides she's going to break that rule, even if it means she has to make her own amazingly perfect lollipop from scratch. Come along as she and her trusty pet bird search for missing ingredients, wrestle with giant candy machines, and get lost in a magical pop-up cookbook. The show concludes with an interactive kids' dance party!

Ticket Prices: Adults: $10; Students: $7; Kids: $5. Tickets will be sold in advance through the Connecticut Repertory Theatre Box Office located in the lobby of the Nafe Katter Theatre at 820 Bolton Rd, Storrs CT 06269. A $3.00 surcharge will be added to any purchases made online or over the phone. Tickets may be purchased at the Ballard Institute on the days of performances. There will be a limited number of seats.
