Season Nine of COMEDY NIGHT at Playhouse on Park Begins 9/2!

Playhouse on Park begins its Comedy Series for the 2017-2018 Season Saturday, September 2. Tickets are now on sale for the show featuring co-headliners Lori Graves and Kevin Lee.

Ohio native Lori Graves started comedy on a drunken dare. She entered some amateur contests at a couple clubs and - gasp! - won. It was then that she realized, at ripe age of 37, what she wanted to be when she grew up: a comedian.

Lori has a unique perspective on life; her comedy is riddled with examples of what a day in the (not-so-average) life of Lori looks like! She has worked with nationally touring comics and also heads the longest running non-club comedy open mic in Ohio. Additionally, Lori works USO events throughout the year. Kevin Lee has been seen on five seasons of BET's "Comic View" and his distinctive skills have allowed him to share the stage with legends such as Gladys Knight, Chris Rock, StEve Harvey, Whitney Houston, Chris Tucker and Sinbad. He performed for the troops in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm and continues to entertain military bases around the world today, including Korea, Germany, Italy and Japan. Wynton Marsalis featured Lee in his "The Magic Hour Tour" which sold out from New York to Los Angeles in 2004. As a high-energy, one-of-a-kind performer, Lee has brought audiences to their feet worldwide. A rare and true talent, Kevin Lee is not to be missed! Tickets are $15, all seats reserved.
