Photo Flash: Inside Opening Night of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at Sharon Playhouse

This fun and family friendly musical, adapted from the original Disney film, brings to life "a tale as old as time" of a selfish prince who is turned into a hideous monster and must win the affection of a beautiful, young girl in order to regain his humanity. This musical includes the classic scores of "Be Our Guest", "If I Can't Love Her", "A Change in Me", the title song "Beauty and the Beast" and many more. The magical musical offers humor, romance, and excitement for all ages.

The cast features Trevor Martin as the Beast, Becky Whitcomb as Belle, Jesse Swimm as Lumiere, Michael Kevin Baldwin as Cogsworth, Debbie Prutsman as Mrs. Potts, Johanne Borge Kesten as Madame, Leigh Martha Klinger as Babette, Daniel Patrick Smith as Gaston, Angel Hernandez as LeFou, RJ Vercellone as Chip and Michael Britt as Maurice. The ensemble will be comprised of Delaney Bailey, Megan Bowen, Sarah Cuoco, Geoffrey Emmett, Aidan Farren, Kelly Follette, Renee Griese, Susie Hackel, Tony Harkin, Heather Klobukowski, Marc Crawford Leavitt, Daniel Pahl, James Rose, Payton Turpin and Jillian Wessel.

The creative team is: Alan M-L Wager (Director), Cheryl Swift (Choreography), Patrick Hoagland (Music Direction), Keith Schneider (Costume Design), Paula Schaffer (Wig Design), Jamie Roderick (Lighting Design) and Jeremy Oleksa (Sound Design), Paul Rubin (Flying) . Stacy Blackburn is the Stage Manager and Jordan Cowan is the Assistant Stage Manager.
