Palace Theater Announces Volunteer Of The Year

The Palace Guard volunteers, recently honored Terri Zembrzuski as the 2017-18 Palace Theater volunteer of the year at their annual end of season celebration.

Zembrzuski was lauded by her colleagues for her friendliness, enthusiasm, willingness to help and team player attitude. To commemorate this recognition, Zembruski's name has been added to a plaque that is on display in the Box Office lobby along with the names of the award's previous winner:s: Richard Rappi of Waterbury, Karen Streeter of Naugatuck, the late Betty Stotz of Waterbury, Neil Holland of Waterbury, Patricia Bosco of Waterbury, NeNean Cofrancesco of Waterbury, Cathy Garten of Naugatuck, Richard Sullivan of Watertown., Carol Marchand of Wolcott, and Glenn Heckendorf of Southbury.

The Palace Guard and Ambassadors on average log over 9,000 hours a season, a staggering number

Their contributions particularly to the front of house operations are a prime reason patrons mention they have such an enjoyable experience at the Palace, in addition to the entertainment.
