NPR's Paula Poundstone Set for Warner Theatre Tonight, 8/25
Tonight, August 25, Paula Poundstone, one of the foremost comics working today will perform at the Warner Theatre. Her ability to create humor on the spot is legendary; she is masterful at improvising with the crowd through her casual air, impeccable timing and razor-sharp wit.
Poundstone is a popular panelist on NPR’s Wait Wait … Don’t Tell Me, has published her first book There’s Nothing In This Book That I Meant To Say and released her first comedy CD: “I HEART JOKES: Paula Tells Them In Maine In 2009.” An Emmy winner, she is also the first woman to receive the Cable ACE for Best Standup Comedy Special.
