After last month's debut, TheStage Repertory Company and The Palace Theatre in Danbury, CT will continue the new monthly series, Musical Mondays!, by featuring the music of Robert Rokicki. The concert is scheduled to play at The Palace Theatre on Monday, October 11, 2010 at 8:00pm.

Rokicki's songs "recall an eclectic mix of William Finn and Jerry Herman, intelligently composed" and serve as the foundation for several award-winning musicals. With collaborator Mike Ruby, Rob has written the music/lyrics for Love, NY (winner of the 2009 American Harmony Award), Relativity, Polly Want A Mortgage? (Winner Best Musical, Best Book, Best lyrics at the West Village MT Festival) and 20 To Life. Rob is also composer/lyricist for Martha & Me and Greatest Holiday Musical... Ever! His songs have been featured as part of the York Theatre's NEO Series and Lincoln Center's Songbook Series and have been seen performed at Joe's Pub and at universities internationally.

At the October concert, Rokicki will be joined onstage by Michael Scott (Hair, Tarzan, Elf), Megan Reinking (Hair, Lestat), Amanda Flynn (Wicked, Mamma Mia!), Brian Gallagher (Wonderland), Anne Brummel (Wicked, Evita) and Nick Dalton (Legally Blonde, Hairspray).

Box office opens at 7:00. House opens at 7:30. Concert begins at 8:00. For tickets visit www.thepalacedanbury.com or call the box office at 203-794-9944
