Music Theatre of Connecticut to Welcome RENT's Adam Pascal This Sept
The special event to benefit MTC and its programming will be held on Saturday, September 26 at 8 p.m. (VIP Experience begins at 6:30 p.m.) at the MTC MainStage, 509 Westport Avenue (behind the Jones New York and Nine West Outlet) in Norwalk, CT.
Tickets: $125 for The VIP Experience, includes cocktails, plentiful hors d'oeuvres at 6:30 p.m. reserved seating for the 8 p.m performance and a post-show dessert reception meet-and-greet with Mr. Pascal. $75 for show-only tickets. Music Theatre of Connecticut was founded in 1987 by Directors Kevin Connors and Jim Schilling. MTC's professional mainstage company has presented 25 seasons of critically-acclaimed productions, including new works and buried treasures of the American musical theatre. MTC is recipient of the Connecticut Critics' Circle's highest honor, the Tom Killen Memorial Award for Outstanding Contribution to Connecticut Professional Theatre and was presented with a Connecticut State Legislative Citation to commemorate this award. Productions presented at MTC have been nominated for Best Musical of the Connecticut theatre season and several others have gone on to have successful productions in New York and at other regional houses. The New MTC boasts a state-of-the-art black box theatre, rehearsal studios, scenic and costume design shops, dressing rooms, and beautiful lobby and public spaces.
