Klea Blackhurst Set for Temple Beth Tikvah Tonight

An evening of theater at Temple Beth Tikvah is set for tonight April 5, 2014, beginning at 6 PM with a light dinner then, Klea Blackhurst, who played Dolly in this past summer's Goodspeed Opera production of Hello Dolly!, is coming to Temple Beth Tikvah to perform her review, Everything the Traffic will Allow, tonight, April 5.

Don't miss this evening which will include a light dinner, Klea's performance and dessert.

KLea Blackhurst was also recently seen in Nashville production of The Nutty Professor, directed by Jerry Lewis. She was also seen on television, featured as Shelby Cross, former prosecutor and hypercritical pundit on the IFC Channel comedy series, "The Onion News Network." Her vast theatre credits include Rose in Gypsy, Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, as well as the role of Debbie, the perpetually enthusiastic drummer in the original Off Broadway production of Oil City Symphony. Blackhurst is best known for her acclaimed tribute to Ethel Merman, "Everything the Traffic Will Allow," that has been charming audiences and critics alike nationwide since its New York debut in 2001. Among many accolades, this production earned her the inaugural Special Achievement Award from "Time Out New York" magazine.
