The Windham Theatre proudly announces the great line-up of shows coming up in the Burton Leavitt Theatre, 779 Main Street, Willimantic for the 2015-2016 Season that kicks off this summer.

Everyone looks forward to the Guild's summer musical, and this year they're excited to bring to the stage the hit Broadway show and recent Disney film of Stephen Sondheim's Into The Woods July 17th-August 1st.

In fall, the Guild will present another wonderfully funny play written by Ken Ludwig. From September 18th -27th, the WTG will treat you to The Fox On The Fairway, a hilarious romp that pulls the rug out from underneath the stuffy denizens of a private country club.

"The Plaids" are back November 6th-28th! It's Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings. The legendary Plaids come back to earth to spread yuletide joy with the greatest Holiday hits of the ages. This show offers the best of Forever Plaid tied-up in a nifty package with a big Christmas bow on top!

The first show of 2016 is Becky's New Car, a wonderful dramady by Stephen Dietz running February 12th-27th. Who hasn't felt the lure of the road not taken? Who isn't tempted, one time or another, by the notion of walking out the door, slipping behind the wheel, and taking off down the highway...to become someone else, someplace else? When a woman says she wants a new car, it means she wants a new life.

But it's never that simple, is it? And in this honest, insightful and funny play, Becky's choice to take a new life for a test drive will hit home for many.

Laughter returns for the next show...Bingo! The Winning Musical, running March 18th-April 9th. Get your lucky markers out! This fun new musical comedy invites you to play Bingo along with the cast. Bingo is about a group of die-hard bingo players who stop at nothing to miss their weekly game.

And closing out the season will be the 1960 Tony Award winner The Miracle Worker, running June 3rd-12th. This classic tells the story of Annie Sullivan and her student, blind and mute Helen Keller dramatizes the volatile relationship between the lonely teacher and her charge
