The Hartford Stage Theatre Company is proud to present SNOW FALLING ON CEDARS, from the best-selling Novel by David Gutersen. The show was adapted for the stage by Kevin McKeon and is directed by Jeremey B. Cohen, and runs January 13 through February 13.

This haunting story takes place nearly a decade after World War II. The isolated Puget Sound's white and Japanese-American communities have lived in a quiet but uneasy peace, even through the dark days of internment camps and widespread anti-Japanese war hysteria. When Kabu Miyamoto is charged with murder and it turns out that his wife's spurned lover Ishmael holds the information that could set him free, the island's secret prejudices, jealousies and ancient grievances threaten to boil over.

Ticket prices range from $42.50 to $61.50 and may be purchased online or at the box office.
