The East Haddam Stage Company has launched their 9th summer season of live theatre at Gillette Castle State Park. As the Resident Theatre Company at the park, EHSCO is performing their original 30-minute comedy / drama William Gillette: Senator's Son to Super Sleuth, featuring William Matus of West Hartford and Nicole Morin of Haddam. With generous sponsorship from Staehly Farm & Winery of East Haddam, and other area businesses, the shows are free to the public.

Who: East Haddam Stage CompanyWhat: 30-minute comedy drama on the life of William Gillette leading up to his creating Sherlock Holmes for the stageWhen: Saturdays and Sundays only, 1:00pm and again at 2:30pm, now through August 13th.Where: Gillette Castle State Park, 67 River Rd East Haddam CT. On the outdoor stage near the Castle (it is handicap accessible)Cost: FREE!
