Chita Rivera, Ben Vereen, THE 30 STEPS et al. Set for '10-'11 Season at Hartford Stage

Hartford Stage has announced its 2010 SummerStage season and has also released details on productions that will be performed during the company's 2010-2011 season.

Legendary performer and Tony Award winner Chita Rivera will take to the stage in 'My Broadway', an evening of song and dance, from June 22 to 27. Renowned Tony Award singer and dancer Ben Vereen brings his musical stylings to Hartford from July 6 to 11.

Other productions slated for the Hartford Stage include Mbongeni Ngema and Eboy JoAnn's 'Sheila's Day'; 'The 39 Steps' by Patrick Barlow, based on Hithcock's film and novel of the same title; 'Gem of the Ocean' by August Wilson; and the world premiere of 'Divine Rivalry' by Michael Kramer.

Casting and performance dates will be announced at a later date.
