Castle Craig Players Host Interactive Screenings of THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW
Pull out those fishnets, tighten that corset and get ready to do the Time Warp as the Castle Craig Players host two interactive screenings of THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW, October 19 & 20, at at their intimate cabaret venue in Meriden.
We're shivering in antici...pation for the most interactive, eclectic, prop-filled evening of the year - a screening of this Halloween favorite on the big screen! Costumes are encouraged - prizes awarded for the best costume! Prop bags are included in one ticket price option!
In this diehard cult classic, sweethearts Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon), stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry), a scientist who cross dresses. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker (Meat Loaf) and a creepy butler (Richard O'Brien). Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named "Rocky." (Rated R.) Ages 16 and over only, please.
THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW will be presented for two nights only - Friday, October 19 and Saturday, October 20 (doors open at 8pm, movie begins at 9pm) at The Almira F. Stephan Memorial Playhouse, 59 West Main Street, Meriden, CT. Presented Cabaret Style with table seating, patrons are invited to bring their own dinner, drinks and snacks to enjoy!
