Wild Strawberries, an original devised work by Available Light Theatre, explores the complex theme of home through the voices of poets, dancers, and playwrights. As adult children return to their childhood home, they grapple with what constitutes a home and the emotional journeys tied to it. Directed by Acacia Duncan, the production features performances by Joe Pleuss, Jeanine Thompson, and Allysa Marchant, among others, as it delves into longing, belonging, and the universal quest for a place that feels like home. The play seeks to resonate with audiences by reflecting on individual experiences of home, nostalgia, and the quest for identity.
