Unleash your inner vampire with BalletMet’s Dracula. The ballet will open at the Capitol Theatre on Halloween weekend and will seduce audiences for eight performances with the love story of Dracula and Mina. Inspired by Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel and Francis Ford Coppola’s 1992 movie, Dracula was choreographed by former BalletMet Artistic Director David Nixon in 1999. Featuring music from Alfred Schnittke, Arvo Pärt, Michael Daugherty and Sergei Rachmaninoff, Dracula has been a fan favorite for more than a decade.
