Columbus Children's Theatre's popular touring version of Cinderella, adapted by William Goldsmith and based on The Brothers Grimm Fairy Tale, will be performed at the Park Street Theatre, April 25 - May 12, 2013 The play, recommended for ages 4 and up, is currently touring to schools throughout Ohio. The CCT Touring Company is celebrating over 40 seasons and will tour to over 200 schools and reach over 85,000 students this season.
ABOUT THE SHOW
CCT's comedic adaptation of this classic fairytale transports the audience to magnificent Old France. Help Cinderella make her way to the ball and help the prince find his elusive princess. Just watch out for the evil step-sisters. In this version they are not only ugly, unattractive, and repulsive - they're also played by male actors! Mayhem, fun and audience participation abound in this off-the-wall adaptation of Cinderella.

Columbus Children's Theatre will present Cinderella at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (April 25) 10:00am and 7:30pm Friday (April 26), 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday (April 27), and 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. next Sunday (April 28) - and May 2 - 5 and May 9 - 12 - at the Park Street Theatre, 512 N. Park St. Tickets, suggested for ages 3 and up, cost $16-$21, or $13-$18 for children, students and senior citizens. All tickets on Thursdays are $11.00.
