'LIGHT THE LIGHTS' to Bring Off-Beat Holiday Spirit to Cleveland Public Theatre

Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) has announced the world premiere of Light the Lights, Ol' Moses CLE (A Wild Holiday Romp), originated and directed by Raymond Bobgan and Beth Wood, and featuring off-beat original holiday entertainment created by Bobgan and Wood, along with co-creators Molly Andrews-Hinders, John Busser, Eric Coble, Holly Holsinger, Caitlin Lewins, Blanca Iris Garcia Salva and Renee Schilling. Light the Lights, Ol' Moses CLE is onstage November 25th through December 18th in CPT's historic Gordon Square Theatre.

Ring in the season CPT-style with a vaudeville-inspired evening of folly, mischief and merry-making. Staged in the round at cabaret tables, Light the Lights, Ol' Moses CLE will transform CPT's historic Gordon Square Theatre with lush visuals and theatrical projection, offering a "360 degree" holiday experience, as the show takes place in front of and around the audience. Guests will enjoy a rollicking evening of holiday-themed vignettes, adult comedy and poignant interludes presented in a variety-show format, with live music and larger-than-life antics by an assorted cast of characters.Recommended for mature audiences.

The cast is Molly Andrews-Hinders, Dionne Atchison, JamekaTerri, Ryan Edlinger, Faye Hargate, Holly Holsinger, Caitlin Lewins, Brandon McSwain, Sarah Moore, Adam Seeholzer, Chris Walker, Andy Weyenberg and Tecia Wilson.

The creative production team is Raymond Bobgan & Beth Wood (Co-Directors/Lead Creators); Jakyung Seo (Lighting Designer); T. Paul Lowry (Scenic & Video Designer); Inda Blatch-Geib(Costume Designer); Kate Bindus (Stage Manager); and Elizabeth Cammett (Assistant Stage Manager & Script Supervisor).

Light the Lights, Ol' Moses CLE (A Wild Holiday Romp) is onstage November 25th - December 18th. November 25, 26, 27 and December 1 are previews. Press opening is Friday, December 2. Performances are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 7:30pm in CPT's historic Gordon Square Theatre, located at 6415 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102.

Tickets are $20 - $40. Students/Seniors receive $3 off (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). Thursdays and all previews are $20. Guests will enjoy stageside cabaret seating and table service during all performances. Purchase a table (seats 8) and receive two complimentary bottles of wine.
