Ever feel stressed in auditions or before a performance? Have people told you you need to work on your posture or movement? Does your breath or confidence sometimes fail you? Time to try the Alexander Technique.

The Alexander Technique has been used by generations of actors, singers, dancers, and musicians as an effective tool for improved alignment and breathing, finding your center, and delivering unforgettable performances.
