Position Summary This position will be responsible for company wide network administration including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Center Theatre Group's networked systems - including physical and virtual systems. This position identifies alternatives for optimizing network resources and makes recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication is necessary for this position, as is the ability to provide remote support.
Primary Responsibilities CTG provides a dynamic working environment in which duties and responsibilities may change. Employees are expected to be flexible and responsive to changes in the scope of their duties. 1. Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade the company LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure with a focus on security, regulatory compliance requirements and a high level of Up-Time. 2. Develop and maintain system recovery plans in the event of power failure, damage to systems, etc. 3. Participate in a significant way in leading CTG's business resumption and disaster preparedness planning efforts with first documenting current the DR plan and network infrastructure. 4. Install and integrate new server hardware in coordination with Systems Administrator and other IT staff. 5. Identify and present potential solutions for PCI Compliance gaps (if any) and maintain compliance annually. 6. Manage and coordinate emergency power systems at multiple physical locations. 7. Manage vendor relationships. 8. Adhere to information security best practices to protect the company from internal and external threats. Investigate and perform forensic examinations of security incidents. 9. Coordinate and manage data storage solutions, including back-ups, with the input of the IT staff. 10. Administer VPN network access for qualified employees. 11. Maintain active web site domain names and SSL certificates. 12. Provide help desk support, including being first contact for after-hours support. 13. Document issues and solutions in the IS Department Help Desk ticket system. 14. Advise management on issues that should be escalated. 15. Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications All employees are required to pass a background check.
Primary Technical Qualifications 1. 5+ Years managing network infrastructure that includes VM Ware, Windows Servers and Mac OS 2. Microsoft Infrastructure Certification and/or VM Ware Certification strongly preferred 3. 5+ Years of Exchange Server administration experience - certification preferred 4. 5+ years of network security management and firewall management experience, certifications strongly preferred 5. Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud or AWS services 6. SonicWall certification strongly preferred
Other Qualifications 1. Some PowerShell Scripting experience preferred 2. Experience with complex project management 3. Ability to work under time constraints and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment 4. Must be available and flexible to work some overtime and weekend hours as needed 5. Ability to bring a can-do attitude to all aspects of the work

Compensation Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
