Freelance Casting Assistant - GENUINE: The Real People Company

GENUINE: The Real People Company powered by Strickman-Ripps, Inc, New York’s premier real people commercial casting company, is looking for outgoing, highly motivated Freelance Casting Assistants to support our Casting Directors and/or Project Managers either in office or in studio audition sessions.







Strong people skills, a positive attitude, accountability and reliability are required. Ideal candidates possess rock solid organization skills and are good communicators in person, on the phone and in writing. They are attentive to detail, able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, are tech savvy and willing to learn new programs and online tools. Previous experience in casting or conducting research and targeted searches preferred. Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio a plus.







We are looking to expand our team of core freelancers and are especially seeking those who wish to grow into Casting Directors and Project Managers. Work is on a freelance basis, with potential for growth.
