The Educational Theatre Association has partnered with Disney Theatrical Group and Music Theatre International to celebrate exceptional student involvement in theatre through the Disney on Broadway School of Excellence program. This initiative will enable 21 selected middle and high schools across the United States to produce iconic Disney musicals, including The Little Mermaid, beginning in fall 2024. The program aims to inspire the next generation of storytellers by offering resources for high-quality productions and exclusive webinars with industry professionals.
