Cast of LEGALLY BLONDE Leads Broadway Loves The 80's 5/21
Get ready to wind your Swatch watch, fill your mouth with Pop Rocks and Coke, and dust off your Rubik's Cube as the talented cast of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway Across America presentation of Legally Blonde The Musical presents a like totally ‘80s-themed cabaret on the night of May 21 at Below Zero Lounge.
This not-to-be-missed evening of music and fun salutes Jerry Mitchell, the Director and Choreographer of Legally Blonde The Musical, who is also the creator of "Broadway Bares," one of the premier fundraising events for NYC's Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS. Broadway Bares is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year, and Legally Blonde is the leading touring production to help reach a $1 million goal for this year's Broadway Bares event in NYC on June 20th.
In addition to the cabaret, Broadway Loves the ‘80s will include a raffle for fabulous prizes. All proceeds from the event will benefit:
· BROADWAY CARES / EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS - the nation's leading industry-based HIV/AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization. www.broadwaycares.org
