Winifred Haun & Dancers To Present Dance On Site At Pleasant Home
Winifred Haun & Dancers will present a free program of 6 works at Oak Park's Historic Pleasant Home on February 23, 2019. The Company will be in residence for two weeks at the Mansion.
The program will include five works-in-progress made by Company artists. Each work will be designed especially for the prairie style spaces of Pleasant Home. Artists presenting work include Artistic Director Winifred Haun, Assistant Artistic Director Solomon Bower, Assistant Choreographers Ariel Dorsey and Summer Smith, and Company Dancer Amanda Milligan. The Company will also present "Bento," a group work from 2011 and audience favorite.
Winifred Haun & Dancers presents "Dance On Site at Pleasant Home" on Saturday, February 23 at 6:30. The performance is free, but reservations are recommended. There will also be a special VIP Event at 5:30pm, before the free performance. Tickets for the VIP Event, which include a pre-event wine reception, are $25 each.
