Taking care of your baby sister is a drag, especially at holiday time. That's why Tim Snow (“Snowflake” to the bullies in the schoolyard) is in a bad mood. But when his sister gets lost in a confusing not-world where ninjas are ninnies and princesses are powerhouses, Tim's only holiday wish is to have her back, fast, before Mom gets home. SNOWFLAKE'S TIM'S BIG HOLIDAY ADVENTURE (also produced by Lifeline in December 2004 and 2005) is appropriate for children aged five to ten, running at about one hour with no intermission. “Snowflake Tim's Big Holiday Adventure” runs in repertory with the world premiere children's musical “Flight of the Dodo”during the holiday season.  Calvit's original book, with illustrations by Eileen Ebbler, is available at Lifeline only, on sale in the lobby.

Also, the Lifeline Holiday Party is on Saturday, January 3, 2009, 12 noon - 3 p.m. Family fun for kids and adults includes lunch, drama games, crafts and a “Flight of the Dodo” show.  $25 per person for party and “Dodo” ($15 each for Lifeline subscribers) - attendees can also see “Snowflake Tim” at 11 a.m. for $12 (entire day consists of “Tim” show, party and events, then “Dodo” show).  Reservations recommended at 773-761- 4477.

The cast includes guest artists Sarah Beckette (Jessica and others), B. Diego Colon (Snowflake Tim) and Ezekiel Sulkes (Dad and others).

The staff includes Lifeline ensemble members Christina Calvit (Playwright), Victoria DeIorio (Sound Design), Alan Donahue (Scenic and Property Design), and artistic director  Dorothy Milne (Director), with guest artists Seth Reinick (Lighting Design) and Amy Sobotta (Costume Design).
