Red Star Studio Productions presents Yo Joe! - A Real American Hip-Hop Musical, a parody of the beloved, patriotic cartoon/toy franchise.

The TV series was known for its end-of-episode Public Service Announcements, teaching safety lessons to viewers. Now the cast of this show appears in new parody P.S.A.'s, available to be freely viewed (and embedded) on the web:

Fans have long wished the original cartoons were this much fun. This is a completely new hip-hop musical in two acts. The book, music and lyrics were written by Jay Gish, whose musical score for the midwest debut of Cartoon was deemed "lovely" by The Chicago Reader and "catchy" by Gapersblock.com. The show is directed by David Flora.
