Porchlight Music Theatre announces the Chicago musical premiere of O.Henry's holiday masterpiece, The Gifts of the Magi, book by Mark St. Germain, music by Randy Courts and lyrics by Randy Courts and Mark St. Germain, now playing through December 23 at Stage 773, 1225 West Belmont Ave. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the production below.
Porchlight Music Theatre's production is directed by Mark Lococo with music direction by Elizabeth Doran and choreography by Brenda Didier. The Gifts of the Magi schedule is Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 4 and 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $39 with three-show subscriptions to the remainder of the 18th Season, student, senior and group discounts are available.
