Performers Announced for PAC THE HOUSE, Today Performers announced for PAC THE HOUSE: UNWRAPPED - Saturday, December 30. Holiday edition of Pride Arts Center's monthly variety showcase to include standup comedy, burlesque and drag.

Pride Films and Plays's monthly series of shows spotlighting a cross-genre feast of queer and queer-ally local performers will continue Saturday, December 30th at 8pm with a show hosted by drag artists Coco Iman and Ryan Royale. The featured acts will include a return appearance by standup comedian Jake Dewar, who appeared in the November PAC THE HOUSE, stand-up musical comedian Joey Mayberry, drag performer Mikey Newtown (aka Michel'le Rose), Bailey Irish, Cyn S Tease Ya of PS... Burlesque and troupe members from the male revue Sinzation.

PAC THE HOUSE is performed monthly - normally on the last Sunday of the month - in The Broadway, Pride Arts Center at 4139 N. Broadway. The December PAC THE HOUSE has been moved to Saturday, due to New Year's Eve falling on a Sunday. Curtain times are 8 pm and tickets are priced at $12 online and $15 at the door and are available at www.pridefilmsandplays.com or 1 800 737 0984. The next monthly performance will be January 28, 2018.

Jake Dewar is an actor, comedian, musician, and filmmaker who has trained in improvisation at the Second City, iO, and the Annoyance theater. Jake has produced numerous original sketch/musical comedy albums (which you can find online), and recently performed a one-man sketch revue called "Kick the World" at the Second City DeMaat Theater and Judy's Beat Lounge in June and September. Check out his work at JakeDewarComedy.com!

Joey Mayberry is a stand-up musical comedian, performance artist and professional wrestler from Charlotte, NC, who has been described as "Country sass, low class and a whole lot of...talent." He's been featured at various clubs across America, notably: SAK Comedy Club in Orlando, Comedy Zone in Charlotte and Laugh Factory here in Chicago. You can catch him in Chicago performing on cast at The Comedy Clubhouse as well around the city with The Murder Mystery Company."

Mikey Newtown (aka Michel'le Rose) is a 22-year-old drag performer born and raised in Chicago. Mikey says, "Dancing and performing have always been a part of my life since I was in 3rd grade and my mission is to use my talents to change the world with bringing happiness and joy to people."

Miss Bailey Irish may not be from the Emerald Isle, but she sure has the Luck of the Irish on her side! Her signature style is "Half sexy, half WHAAAAT???" Bailey is the Casting Director for the up and coming PS...Burlesque. She has also performed across the city with Dirty Birds Burlesque, Jean Wildest's Miss Gender Pageant, and Madame Hatter's Moonlight Marauders. Bailey can be seen next on December 16th at Jiggle All the Way: a PS...Burlesque Holiday Cabaret! She's embracing her alternate personality this Holiday season: Daphne, that drunk girl at your office Holiday party! Watch out, or she may mistake your lap for Santa's!"

Afflicted with an irrepressible wiggle, Cyn S Tease Ya was swept off a go-go dancing platform in 2012 and onto the burlesque stage, where she developed a severe glitter addiction. She now spends most of her time naked, sparkly, and questioning her life choices. Surrender your senses to the sinful Cyn S Tease Ya!
