Lillie's Q To Feature Expanded All-American Craft Draft Beer Selection & More

Lillie's Q, where chef/owner Charlie McKenna serves award-winning competition BBQ along with Southern favorites and sides in Bucktown (1856 W North Ave), will feature an expanded All-American craft draft beer selection, weekday drink specials, college football Saturdays giveaways & discounts, a new moonshine and extended hours.

Updated Draft Selections
Starting Friday, September 3, Lillie's Q will expand its draft beer system from six to10 taps. The four new All-American craft beers on tap at Lillie's Q are:
* Two Brothers Atom Smasher (limited-edition oak barrel-aged marzen lager)
* Allagash Curieux (a Bourbon barrel-aged tripel)
* Victory Brewing Company's Golden Monkey (tripel)
* Dark Horse Amber Ale (red ale)

The six remaining holdover All-American craft drafts at Lillie's Q are:
* Lillie's Q Brew. Lillie's Q Brew is a copper lager by Metropolitan Brewing specially designed to pair with Lillie's Q's dry rubs, sauces, and BBQ.
* Metropolitan Brewing Flywheel Bright Lager
* Two Brothers Resistance IPA
* Allagash White
* Bell's Oberon
* Left Hand Milk Stout

Lillie's Q Weekday Drink Specials
Starting on Labor Day, Lillie's Q will begin drink specials tied to different weekdays. They are:

* Moonshine Mondays: $3 shots of moonshine (regularly $6).

* Tuesdays: $4 pints of Lillie's Q Brew (regularly $6).

* Wednesdays: $6 M&M&M specialty moonshine cocktails (regularly $10). The M&M&M is a riff on a mint julep made with moonshine, Maker's Mark, and mint-infused simple syrup that's garnished with a mint sprig.

* Thursdays: $5 Moon Eraser shots (regularly $10). The Moon Eraser is comprised of moonshine, Kahlua, club soda that's a playful spin on the Mind Eraser shot that substitutes vodka for moonshine.

Also, Lillie's Q's newest selection in its rotating small-batch moonshine is the 80-proof Junior Johnson's Midnight Moon from Piedmont Distillers in Madison, North Carolina. College Football Saturdays
Coinciding this Saturday's college football kickoff, Lillie's Q will show Florida State and SEC (Southeastern Conference) games on its three flatscreens. Lillie's Q chef and owner Charlie McKenna is a proud Florida State graduate and a longtime SEC football fan. So during college football Saturdays, Lillie's Q will give away one FREE order of boiled peanuts (regularly $4) to every paying patron wearing Florida State gear while the Seminoles are playing on Saturdays. He'll also sell the boiled peanuts for only $1 to every paying patron wearing any SEC team gear while their teams are playing during college football Saturdays.

Lillie's Q will open an hour earlier on weekdays. The updated Lillie's Q hours are 11am until 2am Monday thu Friday, 11am until 3am Saturday, and 11am until 2am Sunday.
