Halloween Costume and Clearance Sale!

Bailiwick will be holding a Halloween Costume and Clearance Sale on Saturday, October 18 from 10 am to 4 p.m at 1229 West Belmont. Wigs, clothing, shoes, fabric and costumes from JERRY SPRINGER THE OPERA, ANIMAL FARM, and many many more.
