Angela Ingersoll Will Film Judy Garland Concert for Public Television

Artists Lounge Live presents Angela Ingersoll (acclaimed star of End of the Rainbow) in her breathtaking concert Judy Garland: Come Rain Or Come Shine. For one night only, the performance will be filmed before a live audience for Public Television.
