The Blumenthal Performing Arts Center present Ralph Harris and his one-man show, MANish BOY, from June 22nd to the 27th. The show will be held at the Booth Playhouse at 130 North Tryon St. Tickets start at $24.50 with performances at 7:30 pm on Tuesday through Thursday, at 8:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and at 3:00 pm on Sunday.

In MANish Boy, Ralph Harris shares hilarious tales of his upbringing and explores the ways in which his formative years have affected the man he is today.The show is comprised of characters that Ralph has developed on stages throughout the world. This hysterical one-man show celebrates moving memories, while taking the audience on a journey to the unknown. The story unfolds when he finds out that he may be a father, and he goes home to take a DNA test. During this performance, Ralph effortlessly brings neighborhood characters and childhood friends to life with a visit to his favorite place... his mom's basement.

The journey of Ralph Harris from boy to man was paved with unforgettable characters and side-splitting experiences. MANish Boy shows the audience that where a person are from sometimes makes that person who they are.

A natural storyteller, Harris is one of today's hottest comedic and acting talents. A finalist on Last Comic Standing and a frequent guest on the nationally syndicated radio program The Bob & Tom Show, Harris has performed on The Tonight Show and his acting credits include Seinfeld and Dreamgirls.
