Oyster Mill Playhouse Presents LUCKY STIFF, 9/28-10/14

By:

Oyster Mill Playhouse has announced its seventh production and second musical of the 2012 season, Lucky Stiff.

Lucky Stiff is the story of Harry Witherspoon, who lives an uneventful life as an English shoe salesman. His life takes a dramatic turn upon learning of his uncle’s murder. Harry now stands to inherit $6,000,000 IF he agrees to take the body of his dead uncle to Monte Carlo to fulfill his dying wish. Follow Harry, the Universal Dog Home of Brooklyn, a casino owner’s wife and host of other quirky characters in the hot pursuit of Uncle Anthony’s money. With a tuneful score and a well-oiled plot, Lucky Stiff guarantees hilarity for one and all.

Lucky Stiff runs September 28th-October 14th. Curtain is 8 PM Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and 2 PM Sunday. Tickets are on sale now and are $20.00. Tickets for opening night are $22.00 and include a reception after the performance. Tickets can be purchased by calling the box office at (717)-737-6768 or through the website, www.oystermill.com.
