This summer, the Lion's Tooth Theatre Company presents Shakespeare's timeless love story in a fresh light. Watch Romeo & Juliet outside and enjoy the universal experience of Shakespeare in the park! A boy; a girl; a feud, clowns; carnivals; true love and summer nights. Join us for an evening of Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet complete with a pre-show carnival! Welcome to "Fair Verona" where we lay our scene! Here, the Capulets fight the Montagues and the Montagues fight the Capulets, and in the midst of it all, a boy and a girl fall in love. Join us as the in turn comedic and tragic tale of true love unfolds in the beautiful summer air of Saratoga Springs.
Admission is free though donations are accepted!
*This production provides a family friendly pre-show.
Lion's Tooth Theatre Company is excited to debut its first work! The company was founded by passionate, driven undergraduates in Skidmore College's Theatre Department. The Company hopes to explore Shakespeare on the stage in a fun, professional environment. They hope to bring as much joy to the Saratoga community as they have had working on this process.
