HBMS Faculty Concert Series Concludes With A Spring Smörgåsbord The 2017-18 Faculty Concert Series concludes with a "Spring Smörgåsbord" on Friday, April 20, 2018, at 7:30 pm. Members of Hoff-Barthelson Music School's Faculty come together to perform original compositions, works for two pianos and little known works for piccolo in the School's Behrens Bergman Auditorium, 25 School Lane, Scarsdale.

Audience members will be treated to performances by Elena Belli, piano; Donna Elaine, piccolo; Jacob Friedman, piano/composer; April Johnson, violin; Chi-Chi Lin Bestmann, viola; Peter Seidenberg, cello; Delana Thomsen, piano; and Tomoko Uchino, piano.

Included on the program will be performances of Percy Grainger's Fantasy on George Gershwin's Porgy and Bess for Two Pianos; Mike Mower's Sonata for Piccolo and Piano; the original compositions of Jacob Friedman; and the preview performance of David Macdonald's Braiding the River Quartet for Piano and Strings.

Admission to the concert is $20, $15 for seniors (65+) and free of charge for students. Tickets can be reserved by calling 914-723-1169, or e-mailing hb@hbms.org. A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Space is limited; reservations are encouraged. Program and performers subject to change.
