About this camp
Texas Arts Project (TAP) Camp is a weeklong musical theatre intensive run by Impact Arts in partnership with St. Stephen's Episcopal School in Austin, Texas. The Junior Day Camp serves ages 9-13 (grades 3-8) and met June 8-14, 2026, Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., closing with a 5 p.m. showcase in the school's Helm Theatre. Campers are divided into groups by age, experience and training level, then rotate through daily classes in voice, dance and acting while rehearsing showcase material. The $655 tuition covers training and mentorship with working theatre professionals, individualized feedback, use of the school's rehearsal studios and performance spaces, lunch in the dining hall, a show shirt and complimentary showcase tickets. Payment plans and need-based financial aid of up to 50% of tuition are offered.
Ages 9-13 (grades 3-8). Week ends with a 5 p.m. showcase performance in the Helm Theatre at St. Stephen's Episcopal School. A $25 non-refundable deposit secures a spot; 2-, 3- and 5-installment payment plans are offered and all balances are due on or before June 7. Financial aid of up to 50% of tuition is available, with applications due May 10, 2026.
