Summerstage at Stone Soup Theatre

SummerStage is the summer camp program of Stone Soup Theatre, a small professional non-profit theatre in Seattle. Camps run outdoors in weekly one-week sessions from mid-June through late August, each built around a musical, play or theatre skill that campers rehearse and perform. Sessions run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and are grouped by age band, serving performers roughly ages 5 through 15-17 depending on the title. Camps are held at outdoor park sites in North and South Seattle: Meridian Playground behind the Good Shepherd Center, Jefferson Park on Beacon Avenue South, and John C. Little Park, a new location added for 2026. Recent offerings have included The Lion King KIDS, Comedy, Comedy! and Dungeons & Drama, which combines tabletop fantasy gaming with group improvisation. Registration for the 2026 season opened January 5, 2026.
