The Sports & Arts Center at Island Lake is a co-ed overnight camp on a 550-acre property in the Pocono Mountains of Starrucca, Pennsylvania, about two and a half hours from New York City. Its program is built around camper choice: more than 75 activities are offered, and campers select three majors they pursue daily plus three minors they can change day to day across six activity periods. Offerings span sports, theatre, circus, dance, music, magic, skatepark, tennis, gymnastics, horseback riding, water sports, mountain biking, outdoor adventure, arts and crafts, video and science. Owners Odie and Monica are resident directors involved in daily operations. The camp has a staffed infirmary, provides bus transportation from several metro areas, offers free tutoring and holds a Visiting Day at the end of each session. It is ACA-accredited.

Tuition is all-inclusive except baggage service and camp t-shirts. Bus transportation provided from New York, New Jersey, Maryland, the Philadelphia area and Newark Airport. Visiting Day is the final Saturday of each session.
