School of Rock Newtown

School of Rock Newtown provides performance-based music education for children, teens and adults in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, serving Newtown and nearby communities such as Yardley, Richboro and Holland. Most programs pair one weekly private lesson with one weekly group band rehearsal. Offerings include Rookies for ages 6-7, Rock 101 for ages 8-13, the Performance Program for ages 8-18, Songwriting for students 12 and over, House Band for students under 18, an Adult Program for ages 18 and up, and auditions for the national AllStars touring program. Instruction is available on guitar, bass, drums, keyboard/piano and vocals at beginner through advanced levels. Student bands rehearse toward live shows at area venues such as Broken Goblet in Bensalem and at community events including Newtown Welcome Day.
